If you don’t know me, hi, and welcome to my site! My name is Ashley and I’m a mindset and transformation coach. My mission is to to help women who are struggling to find themselves awaken their inner-wisdom, heal stress & anxiety, and love themselves fully…. so they can live in alignment with their soul’s purpose!

Do you have big dreams and goals for your life, but anxiety sometimes gets in the way?

I’ve personally struggled with anxiety and know how stressful it can be. The racing thoughts, the overthinking, the constant worries… It’s awful. But through lots of mindset work, tons of education and training, and lots of practice, I’ve learned to manage my anxiety.. and now I want to help you too!

If you landed here on my website, I’m guessing you have big dreams for your life. I don’t want anxiety to be the thing that holds you back from moving towards them!

Who is this workbook for?

I created this mini-workbook for anyone who wants to feel more calm and grounded in their daily life so they can rise up into their soul’s purpose! I really hope it helps and empowers you to take control of your anxiety and discover some new ways to see it.

What’s in the workbook?

In this four page workbook, you’ll find worksheets on:

1. How to reframe your negative thoughts

Usually when we have anxiety, we start to think “What if” thoughts. For example, “What if I make a fool of myself?” or “What if I totally fail?” While these thoughts can be useful in preparing for the worst, they rarely come true. On this page, I give you some questions to ask yourself when you find yourself thinking these worrisome thoughts.

My hope is that by reframing your negative thoughts, you can start thinking more positively and stop overthinking and getting into a negative mindset!

2. Anxiety Affirmations

Affirmations can be a great way to train your subconscious brain to believe something is true. Basically, affirmations are powerful and meaningful sentences such as, “This will pass and I am strong enough to get through it.”

Keep this handout full of anxiety affirmations close by for anytime you need a reminder just how strong and amazing you are. Repeat them before bed or in the morning when you wake up. Instead of turning to negative, anxious thoughts, you can turn to these empowering affirmations instead.

3. Ideas to stay calm

Use this page to brainstorm ideas for things that help you when you’re experiencing anxiety. What people, activities, objects, or thoughts help you the most? When you’re in the moment of an anxiety attack, what’s your primary coping mechanism?

4. Journal Prompts

To end, I give you some journal prompts so you can reflect on what triggers your anxiety and what you’re taking away from the workbook. I think reflection is such an important way look within and be intentional about what you’d like your outcome to be.

While this mini-workbook is sweet and short, it’s meant to be thoughtful, reflective, and self guided. I recommend you to take your time going through each page and thinking deeply about each question.

I really am so excited to share this workbook with you and hope it helps you on your journey towards creating a calm and grounded mindset! Grab the workbook below!
